📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
💌 Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

❗ Delays & Lost Packages
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. Then contact us — we’ll do our best to help.
📫 Address Changes
Entered the wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering at sabrluxe@gmail.com with the correct address. Once the order ships, we’re unable to make changes.
📍 Missing or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
